Refund Policy

Introduction:

Al-Rā'id strives to provide scholars with valuable resources to further their studies. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate a refund request. This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted.

Refundable Circumstances:

  • Non-Receipt of Access: If a user purchases access to Al-Rā'id but does not receive login credentials or encounters technical difficulties preventing access within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 24 hours), a full refund will be issued.
  • Misrepresentation of Content: If the content description on Al-Rā'id significantly misrepresents the actual content available (e.g., advertised as including a specific text but missing it entirely), a full refund will be offered.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If a user accidentally purchases access to Al-Rā'id more than once, a full refund will be granted for the duplicate purchase.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted for simple changes of mind or if the user decides the resource does not meet their needs.
  • Partial Download/Access: Refunds will not be provided for users who partially download or access content before requesting a refund.
  • Technical Issues on User's End: Technical difficulties arising from the user's device, internet connection, or software will not be grounds for a refund.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact Al-Rā'id support within [15] days of your purchase. You will be required to provide your order number and a brief explanation for the refund request.
